The basis is reliable light, sound or vibration signaling of the bite in all weather conditions. There are also important functions such as the ability to adjust the tone, volume or sensitivity. Absolute waterproofness and excellent battery life are also a given here.
The bite alarm housing is made of solid plastic, which guarantees high resistance to mechanical damage. In addition, the plastic is covered with a soft rubberized layer, which makes it very pleasant to the touch and gives the impression of a much more expensive set. The bite alarm is equipped with three buttons. It can be switched on and off with the middle button. If the middle button is pressed for a longer time, the backlight of the bite wheel turns on, which creates a very nice optical effect in the dark and at the same time serves as the night diode, with which the location of the rods can be easily recognized at night.
In addition, one of eight tones can be selected by briefly pressing the middle button. You will be alerted to an overbite or drop bite by a different signal tone. Use the button on the left side (V) of the bite alarm to select the desired volume, including the silent function. With the button on the right side (S) you can choose one of 5 sensitivity levels.
The bite alarms have removable snag gears, which ensure that the rod cannot fly out of the bite alarm during strong bites.
